CBD (Cannabidiol) is a component of cannabinoids, which are considered the active substances of the medicinal hemp plant. CBD is considered a powerful antioxidant and has beneficial effects. In addition to antidepressant properties, it also has analgesic, anxiolytic and antibacterial properties.
Dosage may vary for adults. We recommend dividing the daily dose into 2 to 3 times during the day.
  • If you have not used CBD products before, it is recommended to start with a dosage of 15 mg per day.
  • If you do not experience any effects, you can gradually increase the dosage to 45 mg per day.
  • In case of an acute problem, the dose can be increased up to 100 mg per day. It is not recommended to exceed a daily dose of 300 mg.
