St. John's wort tincture

It has a beneficial effect on neurosis, depression and insomnia, helps to reduce mental tension. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect. It helps with digestive disorders, liver, gallbladder and loss of appetite. As a poultice, it favorably contributes to the healing of wounds and skin ulcers. If we are suffering from canker sores, we rub the sore spots in the oral cavity.
If we are troubled by back pain, we spread the tincture on painful places.

• St. John's wort /Hypericum perforatum/

Dosage:

• adults 3 times a day 15 drops
• dilute in clean water

• The maximum effect will be seen after 4 to 6 weeks of use
